While we maintain a robust in house machining facility for die making or capacity to produce dies, our facility was not designed to produce all the dies we carry. We have always relied on a robust supply chain from our overseas suppliers to make up the difference with die production. Do to the pandemic production, shipping, clearing customs have all become extended.
For these reasons we are forced to restrict purchase of our dies to current owners or people purchasing our equipment. This was hard decision and we hope to revisit this in the near future. Thanks for your understanding.
No it is not possible to add a motor to the TPD 0.
No despite the similar appearance they are in fact completely different machines.
We recommend bolting down all machines. None of our machines have this as a requirement to function.
All products we sell are sent from our warehouse in California.
Yes we sell a full range of dies. Unfortunately do Covid-19 restocking is very challenging so we are restricting purchases to costumers who have bought one of our presses.
No we only accept the payment options as stated on our payment page.
We offer a 1 year warranty on each machine.
The TDP 5 is easily or most popular model for a while now.
We ship within 1 business day all items in stock. Do to the current pandemic the length of time in transit can vary.
Yes we do. For our TPD 5 customers we offer a free 2 hour Skype session. Which in our experience is more than enough time to get a person familiar with their machine.
For all others we charge $50 to cover the cost of training.
Yes we do. Once you have a machine just contact support when you need help. support@usatabletpress.com
No. Press machines can jam and be damaged if it is not turned off. All our machines have a kill switch.
Yes. All presses come with a generic round die.
